From Concept to Press: How We Bring Your Collateral to Life
When you hold a piece of our printed collateral in your hands, you're seeing the result of a fully in‑house process - managed, produced, and quality-checked by our team from the very first idea to the final press check.
As part of our recent rebrand, we took the opportunity to completely refresh and expand our marketing materials. Rebranding isn't just about a new logo or updated colors; it's about rethinking how we communicate who we are and how we serve our customers. That meant revisiting every touchpoint and asking a simple question: Does this help our customers understand our services more clearly and more easily?
The result is a new suite of collateral designed around our customers' real needs.
- A corporate brochure that introduces who we are, what we do, and how we work.
- A detailed spec guide that outlines our production capabilities, helping you plan projects with confidence.
- A warehouse guide that highlights our fulfillment, delivery, and kitting services, so you can see exactly what happens behind the scenes.
Every piece was created with the goal of making it easier for you to learn, decide, and move your projects forward.
Built on the Right Equipment
Quality starts on the pressroom floor. For this new collateral set, we matched each piece to the equipment that would deliver the best result:
- Our brochure and warehouse guide were produced on our Komori press, which offers exceptional color consistency and precision - ideal for brand‑critical materials and high‑impact imagery.
- Our spec guide was produced on our HP press, giving us the flexibility and accuracy needed for technical content where clarity and legibility are paramount.
The photos below offer a behind‑the‑scenes look at the production process, from press setup to finished pieces coming off the line.
A Cross‑Functional Effort
Creating these materials was a collaborative effort across multiple teams.
It began with our marketing team and business development team sitting down together to answer a key question: What information do our customers actually need at each stage of their project? From there, they mapped out the content: everything from capabilities and specifications to timelines and frequently asked questions - anything that could help you make better, faster decisions.
Once the content direction was defined, marketing partnered with the TR design team to bring the vision to life. The design team translated our rebrand into clear, visually appealing layouts, ensuring that every page was easy to scan, easy to understand, and aligned with our updated brand standards. They then finalized the production‑ready files, preparing each piece for print.
From there, our production team took over. They:
- Planned and scheduled each job based on run sizes and timelines.
- Selected appropriate materials and finishes to match both design intent and durability needs.
- Ran the projects on our Komori and HP presses, monitoring quality at every stage.
Finally, the finished materials made their way from our pressroom to our desks - and ultimately into your hands.
Why This Matters for Our Customers
We believe that transparency in our capabilities is essential to building strong, long‑term relationships. When you understand exactly what we can do, how we do it, and what to expect from each stage of the process, you're able to:
- Scope and plan projects more accurately
- Make more informed decisions about formats, materials, and timelines
- Communicate more effectively with your own stakeholders
These new collateral pieces are more than just marketing - they're tools designed to make your job easier and your projects more successful.
